🕒 Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within [1–3 business days] (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

🚚 Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Standard Shipping: [3–7 business days] 

  • Express Shipping: [1–3 business days] 

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays.

🌍 US Shipping

  • We offer international shipping to US currently 

  • Customs fees, import taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the customer.

📬 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

🧾 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • We’re not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at illumaaworks@gmail.com within 3 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

🔄 Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
